Bac Bo Evolution

Bac Bo Evolution

Its name, "Bac Bo," is derived from the combination of "BAC carat" and "BO" (the Chinese translation for "Dice"). With this new table, Evolution adds to its already extensive catalog of live baccarat tables. It is important to note that Bac Bo Live does not rely on a well-known variant of Baccarat played in land-based casinos, as it is a 100% innovation. Evolution's idea was to replace the usual eight decks of cards with a pair of blue dice for the "Player" and a pair of red dice for the "Banker." This table determines the winning points based on the sum of the two dice. This simplifies the game without sacrificing the refined aesthetics of a traditional table, set in a studio with green and gold colors. Thanks to its speed, the new Bac Bo game resembles Dragon Tiger more in terms of immediate results. In summary, this innovation offers a dynamic and entertaining gaming experience for Baccarat enthusiasts.

How does Bac Bo Live work?

Two major differences compared to baccarat

In baccarat, eight decks of 52 cards are used, while in Bac Bo, four real six-sided dice are used.

The other difference lies in the scoring: in baccarat, the winner is determined by obtaining a total of points that is as close as possible to 9 from the dealt cards, while in Bac Bo, the winner is the one who achieves a total points value using two dice. The result of the dice is gradually revealed without being thrown by the dealer.

Just like in baccarat, three types of bets are possible in Bac Bo:

  • Bet on the Player's hand
  • Bet on the Banker's hand
  • Bet on the Tie between the Player and the Banker

How much does Bac Bo pay?

A Bac Bo player who bets on the Player or the Banker wins double their bet in case of a correct bet: 1:1.

In the event of a tie, the bet is refunded at 90% of the original bet amount.

It is interesting to note that the most attractive returns are achieved by betting on the tie.

  • 6, 7, or 8 on either side offer a payout ratio of 4:1
  • 5 or 9 offer a payout ratio of 6:1
  • 4 or 10 offer a payout ratio of 10:1
  • 3 or 11 offer a payout ratio of 25:1
  • 2 or 12 offer a payout ratio of 88:1

The return-to-player (RTP) rate of Bac Bo is very close to that of Baccarat, as it stands at 98.87%.
